Internships provide an opportunity to experience church-leadership and full-time ministry firsthand. The program is personalized to the intern's calling and gifting. They work directly under a department-head or pastor in their field and learn about ministry from ministry leaders. Additionally, the internship includes individual pastoral oversight and leadership training. Internships generally center on World Missions, Worship, Media & Arts, Youth Ministry, Children's Ministry or Pastoral Leadership. Internships are primarily available to those called to career ministry in the church, although those who intend to lead in other areas can be considered. Interns must apply and be accepted by a department-head for the 9-month program.

As an intern, you are released to fully walk in your calling and use the gifts God has given you. You will have the opportunity to work a minimum of 12-hours per week in an internship setting at the church with experienced ministry experts.
